Merchandise remains property of Connect-Us Inc. until fully paid. A 20% restocking fee will be charged or returned on merchandise with a prior return authorization.
I, the undersigned subscriber, acknowledge my obligation to maintain the chosen cellular rate plan for a minimum period of 6 complete months from the date of activation.
Should the term not be completed, I agree to pay and authorize Connect-Us Inc. to charge my credit card number for $200.00
Should my credit card be declined or cancelled, I will pass title of the above hardware to Connect-Us Inc. and surrender the hardware upon demand. No refund or exchange.
